Engineering Administrator

• Support the engineering team with general administrative support.
• To generate preventative maintenance information and issue to Team Leaders on a weekly basis.
• Log completed PM’s and generating follow up work if required.
• Report progress throughout the week and finally report % KPI achieved.
• Update asset data and amendments to PM’s.
• General filing of machine manuals and maintenance of the audit files.
• Maintain department filing system which will include but are not limited to service engineer reports, PM reports, risk assessments.
• Create purchase orders as required for services and parts if required.
• Support the management of the spares stores and order parts as required.
• Provides a professional and engaging service to customers (could be internal or external).  Ensuring that needs are understood and met.  Dealings are professional.  Proactively escalates when necessary.
