Your Impact:

As Process Operations Manager, you will:

• Translate business strategy into operational success through a clear, measurable, and people-focused plan.

• Lead a high-performing team to achieve world-class standards in food safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people development.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, embedding lean principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• Drive key strategic and change projects while building strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally.

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of food safety legislation, technical standards, and CI methodologies.

• Strong budget and KPI management skills.
