What are the main responsibilities of the job role?
The role of a Team Leader is intended to control the movement and storage of goods to, from and within the site through the supervision of the area team. Supporting the FLM, you will ensure work is carried out in line with standard operating procedures, all appropriate policies and H+S legislation. You will assist in delivering continuous improvements in quality, productivity and compliance through actively engaging in operational initiatives as defined from time to time by senior management.
What are the key ingredients needed for the role?
Good Communication skills / working standards.
Experience in continuous improvement and process management .
Manufacturing experience ( preferable but not essential ).
