About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Finance Administrator to support our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of our financial operations for example, managing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to meaningful financial reporting.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Processing invoices in line with company policies
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
  • Preparing financial reports and analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
  • Entering and managing financial data across various IT systems
  • Providing general admin support to the finance department

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Confident communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus—but not essential!

Qualifications & Experience:
No previous experience? No problem. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in finance. While previous job titles aren't essential, some exposure to accounting or finance—whether through work experience, studies, or qualifications—is preferable. A willingness to learn and grow is what matters most.
